This long established nursery is conveniently located on a popular commuter route and operates from an attractive detached property. Springles has an effective operating capacity for 42 children and benefits from private gardens surrounding the property, which is utilised for outdoor play and has an enclosed garden for babies and younger toddlers.

New owner Ms Ndlovu is a qualified teacher with over 20 years of experience in the education sector. Looking to buy her first nursery business, she identified Springles Nursery as the perfect opportunity with the business offering areas for further development.

Sophie Willcox, Business Agent at Christie & Co who brokered the sale commented; "We were inundated with interest in Springles given its excellent location and experienced team of staff. We are delighted to help Ms Ndlovu acquire her first nursery and wish Mr Coles all the best with his new venture."

The previous owner, Peter Coles said of the sale; "Having previously failed twice to sell our nursery, we wanted a more competent and professional agent. From my first conversation with Sophie, I knew that we’d found one. She worked with us to find a buyer to whom we were happy to pass our nursery, negotiated an acceptable price and when we hit the inevitable bumps along the way, she was always there to smooth the path and keep the transaction moving forward, ensuring that the sale reached a successful conclusion."

Specialist commercial funding was required to purchase the business and Finance Consultant, Matthew Kavanagh of Christie Finance who brokered the finance said of the deal; "I was delighted to help Ms Ndlovu find the right funding facility to acquire her first business. We have seen a growing trend of teaching professionals looking to buy a nursery business and have access to a range of specialist lenders to support their plans."
