Popular Troon pub seeking new owner

Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co has been instructed to sell Smugglers in Troon, a coastal town in South Ayrshire. Smugglers sits on the town’s high street among stores and restaurants, attracting locals and tourists alike.

The 60 cover bar and restaurant holds an excellent reputation among the locals and offers an excellent pub lunch, broadcasts sporting events, and hosts pub quiz and music nights attracting a mixed clientele.
