The long standing and well-maintained convenience store offers a comprehensive range of household products, confectionery, bakery goods, groceries, tobacco and alcohol, plus National Lottery and PayPoint services and an on site cash machine. The provision of off-road parking to the front of the store ensures further accessibility for passing trade and customers.

The business is highly relied upon within the local area, catering to the range of needs for those in the busy residential setting of Euxton and neighbouring towns and villages.

The store is one of two in the area operated by the Sanghani family, and current owner, Ajit Kumar Kunvarji Sanghani is seeking a sale of the lease in order to focus his efforts on the family’s other store. He comments, “This delightful shop, with a great area with great customers which has been a pleasure to run, is located in a friendly neighbourhood. The community in the vicinity of the shop has always been very welcoming and this has helped to promote the sales of the shop. Unfortunately, it has become necessary for me to focus on my other family business and would therefore like to sell the lease on this store.”

Ashley Cobban, Business Agent – Retail at Christie & Co is handling the sale and comments, “The light, bright and modern internal fit-out of the store is immediately attractive to both customers and potential purchasers alike. When this is combined with the business’ solid trading history and the potential to add accommodation to the currently unused upstairs space, the store becomes an attractive proposition to both investors and owner occupiers.”

Nisa, Euxton has been brought to the market through Christie & Co at an asking price of £129,950 for the leasehold interest, plus £18,500 rent per annum.
