An exciting opportunity to take over the historic Kintore Arms Inn is available with specialist property adviser Christie + Co.

Built in 1855, the bar and restaurant is set amidst the stunning backdrop of the Aberdeenshire countryside in the small town of Kintore.

Formerly a hotel, the freehold property was on the market with Christie + Co in 2014. A deal was completed in early 2015 and the new owner went straight to work on the building. With the refurbishment and structural work complete, the owners are now keen to lease the property as an investment.

Jamie Jackson, licensed specialist at Christie + Co’s Edinburgh office is handing the sale. He comments: “Kintore Arms received a great deal of interest when it was on the market previously and we anticipate the same level of demand this time round.”

“There are always buyers looking for businesses in this region so we are confident that we can find our client the right tenant to take on this new and exciting opportunity.”
