Christie & Co's pharmacy team sees 70% increase in sales in 2017

Christie & Co will be exhibiting at the Pharmacy Show on the 8th-9th October 2017.

This year the Pharmacy sector has faced multiple challenges, most notably funding cuts introduced by the Department of Health. However, Christie & Co has experienced significant market activity having already recorded a 70% increase in sales that have exchanged or completed. Added to this a 23% increase in applicant registrations, Christie & Co is confident of the market’s performance for the remainder of the year.

Christie & Co is therefore delighted to be attending the Pharmacy Show 2017 in Birmingham, where their UK team representing all regions will be on hand to offer discreet and knowledgeable advice, whether you are looking to buy or sell a pharmacy business.

Co-exhibiting will be Christie Finance, who has also seen an uplift in activity with a  25% increase in pharmacy-related business. If you are looking to finance or refinance a pharmacy business the experienced finance team will be on hand to answer any questions.

Tony Evans, Heady of Pharmacy of Christie & Co comments; “We are very excited to be attending the Pharmacy Show this year to demonstrate that despite the  pressures the sector has  to endure, we are still delivering positive results and are optimistic about its future. This is a great opportunity to discuss and evaluate what’s next for the pharmacy market, and how to deal with the challenges ahead.

“You can find our team at stand PD52, where will have our regional pharmacy team from all areas of our business including finance consultants, property agents and RICS registered valuers.”
