Seaford Londis welcomes new owner

The highly profitable Londis Four Seasons store situated in the heart of the East Sussex town of Seaford has been sold through specialist property adviser, Christie & Co.

The prominent road side property, which was owned and operated by a local family for over 26 years, has been sold to Central Convenience Stores, a large regional convenience store chain, who are looking forward to taking the helm and welcoming members of the local community as well as passing trade.

Jack Dudley of Christie & Co’s Maidstone office who handled the sale, comments, “We were delighted to have facilitated the sale to Central Convenience Stores and wish them all the best for the future. We received multiple bids on the property highlighting the demand we’re seeing for leasehold and freehold convenience stores in the South East.”

Christie & Co sold the store off a leasehold asking price of £200,000.
