Zero 3 is located on Eton high street, alongside many other independent businesses and retailers. The affluent town is known for its range of superb pubs and restaurants which attract trade from London and further afield.

The attractive café, which seats circa 20-25 guests and houses a large commercial kitchen, has been owned and operated by David and his family for the past five years. Having built a strong reputation for providing fantastic food and a warm welcome to its many repeat customers during this time, David has taken the decision to sell the business in order to retire.

David comments, “It has been a pleasure operating in Eton for so long, as we were always well supported by the local community since we took over the business. We wish the new owner Dion every success with his new venture.”

Zero 3 has been purchased by well-known local operator, Dion Hales, who has refurbished and recently reopened the site under the new name ‘Eaten Café’.

Tim Widdows, Business Agent at Christie & Co handled the sale and comments, “Due to its strong location in Eton, we received a good amount of interest from a range of operators. We are thrilled that it was taken on by a well-known operator such as Dion, who will no doubt thrive with his new venture. I am sure the people of Eton and Windsor will be excited to have a new and exciting local offering.”
