Owned and operated by Richard Jeffrey for 15 years, the Ardvasar Hotel, which dates back to the 1800s, is a 10-bedroom hotel on the south coast of the largest of the Inner Hebridean islands.
After 40 years in hospitality, Richard now wishes to retire, and has appointed specialist business property adviser Christie & Co to sell the hotel.
