Starting in the sector as foster carers themselves, the company was founded by Linda and Ivor Croft in 2000 and since then, their son and daughter, Daniel and Kellie, have joined the business to aid in its growth and development. During their ownership, the company has demonstrated strong organic growth and at the point of sale, placements were at a 17 year high.
The project was confidentially introduced to the market earlier this year and immediately generated an enviable level of interest with multiple bids being received.
