You’ll have a named account manager at Christie Insurance, based in London or Birmingham. You’ll have their direct number and email address, so there are no frustrating call centres and there’s no need to keep repeating yourself to different people. They’ll get to know your business very well and will take personal responsibility for everything to do with your insurance, including sorting out any queries or problems.

A tenacious claims team 

You’ll also have a named claims manager, who will ensure your claim is settled quickly and successfully. We won’t be happy until you have your cheque in your hand.
