Christie & Co appoints new pharmacy agent to join busy London team

Ben started his career in property in South Devon in 2016, working for a nationwide corporate estate agency. Following this, he furthered his experience in the prime property sector managing the sales department for a high-end independent estate agent in Exeter. Most recently, he worked for London's leading co-living provider.

Ben joins Christie & Co as a Business Agent based out of the company’s London office and will work alongside established brokers Mark Page and Tony Evans to support the sale of pharmacies in the region.

As noted in the broker’s recent Pharmacy Market Review 2023 report, 2024 is sure to be a big year for the sector in England as a new funding package to replace the 2019 Five-Year Deal should be delivered by the sector’s negotiators, and this will no doubt impact the already buoyant transactional market which, in the first half of 2023 alone, saw Christie & Co sell 49 pharmacies with a combined value of circa £47.75 million.
