Which  career path can I follow?

  • Be an Agent or Broker in a Transactional Team 
  • Be a Valuer in the Valuation Team 
  • Be a Consultant or Analyst in the Consultancy team
  • Provide support to the business in our Marketing, People and Development, IT, Finance or Administration teams


What Qualifications do I need?

For a Valuations or Agency/Broker role, you will need a RICS accredited property degree, however we do support strong candidates seeking an RICS Masters Conversion from a non-cognate background. We also provide AssocRICS support for individuals without degree or professional body membership.

For a Consultancy or Analyst role you will need a degree in Mathematics, Data Science,  Hospitality Management or Hotel Development/Investment.

For support roles, dependant on the path you take you would require one of the following degrees:

  • Marketing
  • Human Resources
  • Finance
