Chatham’s Chocafellas comes to the market through Christie & Co

Situated in a prominent high street location, Chocafellas operates as a café, diner, restaurant, deli takeaway and desert parlour. The diner/main restaurant is located to the left of the property and provides ample booth seating for up to 80 covers, while a separate deli/takeaway shop is situated to the right of the property. The kitchen is of a good size and fully fitted with high specification equipment and separate wash up area. There is also space for an additional 10 covers outside to the front of the main store, as well as four staff parking spaces to the rear.

Ideally situated on Chatham’s main high street, Chocafellas has built up a strong reputation locally and benefits from a high level of passing trade. Christie & Co is seeking an asking price of £140,000 for the leasehold interest of Chocafellas.
