Children's day nursery in Beeston sold by Christie & Co
Christie & Co, the specialist business property adviser, has announced the successful sale of the Church House Day Nursery in Beeston, Nottingham on a freehold basis to a first time buyer.
The ‘outstanding’-rated 56-place setting has been sold on behalf of Mr and Mrs Ruddock, to Mr and Mrs Clarke, who are new entrants into the sector.
Mr and Mrs Ruddock had been actively involved in operating Church House Day Nursery for over 23 years and built up a strong reputation for providing first class childcare.
The nursery occupies a former chapel in a convenient and accessible position within the town on a quiet side street in Beeston and caters well for local families and commuters travelling into the city for work.
