The 3-Star Active Hotel Wildkogel is located close to the Hohe Tauern National Park, Krimml Waterfalls, and the Wildkogel and Zillertal-Arena ski resorts.

The current owner, a newcomer in the hotel industry, has appointed Christie + Co to sell the hotel in order to spend more time with his family.

He adds: “Due to the optimal management and lucrative contracts with tour operators which can be taken on in case of interest, the hotel achieves a stable income. The occupancy rate is around 80% throughout the year.”
Christie + Co is marketing the property at €970,000. The proposed transaction encompasses the operator-free hotel property with facilities and grounds and is free of commission for the buyer.
