Specialist property adviser Christie + Co has recently advised on the sale of Playdays Day Nursery, which was an established nursery which traded from premises which were previously a church hall. These were then impressively converted by the current owner to create an ideal environment for a first class children’s day nursery.
The now former owner Mr Phil Holmes instructed Christie + Co having made the decision to sell due to impending retirement.
