Specialist property adviser Christie + Co is pleased to announce the sale of Alphington Lodge residential home in the Alphington area of Exeter following a competitive bidding process.
The Grade II listed property, which is registered for 28 residents and has been in the same family hands for over thirty years, has been acquired by Nery Holdings Ltd.
Paul Nery of Nery Holdings, who owns The Homestead in Exmouth and Beachcroft House in Radstock, saw Alphington Lodge as a natural fit to his existing operations.
