Specialist property adviser Christie + Co has sold the Harefield Manor Hotel in Romford, Essex, on behalf of Administrators.
The hotel has been purchased for an undisclosed sum off a guide price of £3.5million by an experienced hotel operator who owns a number of hotels in East London.
Conveniently located just 4 miles from the M25, the elegant Victorian property, together with its annexes, offers 53 individually designed en-suite rooms combining period features with modern amenities. There is also an Italian restaurant, conference room and on-site parking.
