Closed Southsea pub/restaurant bought by local businessmen

The Kitsch n d’Or in Southsea, Portsmouth has been sold by specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co.


The three-storey terraced property which has a bar, two restaurant areas and a function room, as well as five bedroom owners’ accommodation, was closed for over 12 months before being sold to local businessmen, Matthew Wylie and Mike Baker.

The closed property was sold off a guide price of £550,000.
