Derbyshire public house acquired by Amber Taverns
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co has successfully completed on the sale of Thr3 Bar, a closed public house situated in the Derbyshire town of Ripley, to national operator Amber Taverns.

The two storey property boasts an open plan ground floor trading area with a horseshoe shaped bar, raised seating area and dance floor. There is a first floor function room which can accommodate 65 covers, along with a five bedroom owner’s accommodation.
Previously owned by local businessman Bob Dunn, Thr3 Bar has been purchased by Amber Taverns, a Blackpool based pub company that owns 135 public houses across the North, Midlands and Wales. Amber Taverns will undertake a comprehensive refurbishment of the property and plan to re-open the venue in early summer of 2018.

Thr3 Bar was sold off an asking price of £375,000.
