Freehold nursery in Essex sold to existing operator through Christie & Co

Second Steps Day Nursery is an impressive freehold day nursery that is well known for providing high-quality childcare for up to 106 children, with an excellent long-standing management team. Prior to the onset of COVID-19, the nursery was achieving consistently growing revenues year on year and has recovered well since reopening after the various lockdowns.

The nursery was brought to market to allow its owners to pursue other business ventures and has been purchased by Cresswell Nurseries, taking them to 12 nurseries across the UK.
