Greek restaurant on Ramsgate seafront looking for new owner

Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co has brought to the market Delphi Restaurant, a popular Greek restaurant in the bustling seaside resort town of Ramsgate, in Kent.

Sitting on the Harbour Parade, Delphi Restaurant provides spectacular views over the seafront and maintains strong levels of trade from both tourists and locals to the area. The restaurant, which is known for its authentic Greek food, drinks and atmosphere, with Mediterranean décor, comprises a 130 cover dining area split into three sections.

Ramsgate is an historic and picturesque destination on the Kent coastline and draws large numbers of visitors looking to make the most of the coastal views, charming fishing ports and walking trails along the cliff tops.

The current owners have owned and operated Delphi Restaurant for the last four years and are now looking to sell in order to focus on other business interests in London and their native Cyprus.

James Hughes, Senior Business Agent at Christie & Co is handling the sale and comments, “Delphi Restaurant is ideally suited for a lifestyle purchaser wishing to relocate to the coastal setting of Ramsgate. Having been under the same ownership for the past four years, the business is highly regarded in the area with a fantastic reputation, leaving a great opportunity for a new owner to take the helm and start trading immediately.”

Delphi Restaurant is on the market at an asking price of £375,000 for the freehold interest.
