Lancashire convenience store sold to experienced retailer through Christie & Co
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co has completed on the sale of Market Place Convenience Store, a well established convenience store in Poulton-le-Fylde, Lancashire.
Occupying a central location on the busy high street of the affluent market town, Market Place is relied upon by the surrounding residential community. The 1,200 sq ft retail area offers a wide variety of household products, confectionery, bakery goods, dairy, canned goods, tobacco and alcohol, as well as National Lottery and news delivery services.
