Liverpool city centre tapas restaurant offered for sale

Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co has brought to the market Neon Jamon, an authentic Spanish tapas restaurant situated on Berry Street in Liverpool City Centre, close to numerous other popular bars and restaurants in the nearby Ropewalks and Knowledge Quarter districts.

The restaurant trades from an extensive three storey corner property, accommodating up to 135 diners in contemporary surroundings across the ground and first floors, with capacity for an additional 60 covers in the private beer garden to the rear.

Neon Jamon has seen significant investment in recent years, including a high spec catering kitchen with separate prep kitchen, feature copper bar with stainless steel cocktail stations, and stripped-back modern furnishings and fixtures throughout the public areas.

Tom O’Malley, Senior Business Agent at Christie & Co, who is handling the sale, comments, “Neon Jamon is ideally located to pick up high levels of passing trade. Following the significant investment that the current operator has made in the property, it’s ready for an incoming operator to start trading immediately. With a 1am licence in place and currently restricted opening hours, there’s immediate potential for a hands-on operator to increase revenues and drive the business forward.”

Neon Jamon is offered for sale on a leasehold basis, with vacant possession, at an asking price of £150,000.
