Prominent boutique Leicester Square Hotel on the market

Specialist property adviser Christie + Co has been appointed to market for sale the leasehold of Leicester House Hotel, a boutique hotel in a five-storey period Georgian building within a couple of minutes walk of Leicester Square.

Leicester House Hotel was renovated to a high standard this year and boasts 17 beautifully designed bedrooms comprising of 14 en-suite guest rooms and 3 suites. The restaurant seats 50 covers and is currently closed to the public, opening only to serve breakfast to in-house guests, providing ample opportunity for a prospective buyer to extend the food and beverage offering. There is also an outdoor terraced seating area which accommodates 30 whilst the restaurant /bar area is licensed until 2am.  

The hotel is set in one of the busiest tourist areas of the capital and is surrounded by a mixture of high profile London restaurants, bars, shops and theatres. It is also very close to the tourist destinations of Chinatown, Soho, Covent Garden and Piccadilly Circus.
