The hotel is situated in the Vale of Llangollen, North Wales, which attracts tourists and visitors in every season. This is largely due to its wide range of country leisure activities, including the Horseshoe Pass, Berwyn Mountains and the all year round festivals at the Royal Pavilion.

The Wild Pheasant Hotel is located a 15 minute drive away from the closest railway station, and an hour’s drive away from both Liverpool John Lennon and Manchester International airports.

The two-storey detached property offers 46 ensuite bedrooms and superior rooms, three of which are luxury penthouses, and suites which benefit from disabled access.

The hotel also has spa and pool facilities, a restaurant and bar, and an outside courtyard area for guests. There is ample parking which can accommodate up to 100 vehicles and sits within the hotel’s approximately 3.5 acres of land.

Additionally, The Wild Pheasant Hotel includes four function rooms for conferences and weddings, with capacity to hold 200 people. The hotel also has its own wedding planner and is licensed for Civil Weddings and Civil Partnerships which attracts many couples to the venue.

Ryan Lynn, Associate Director in Christie & Co’s Manchester office who is handling the sale comments, “The Wild Pheasant represents a fantastic opportunity located in an idyllic setting in North Wales.

“Christie & Co has handled a range of hotel sales in the area and has always seen strong levels of interest for them. We anticipate the same level of interest for this hotel, which boasts a spa, great rooms and suites and is perfectly set for corporate and leisure visitors to the area.”

The current owner, who has owned and operated the business for a number of years, has taken the decision to sell so he can focus his attention on other business interests.

The Wild Pheasant Hotel is available freehold at an asking price of £2.25m.
