Sunny Days Hotel for sale on South Shore, Blackpool

Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has been instructed to sell the Sunny Days Hotel located on the promenade seafront of Blackpool.

Situated just a six minute walk from the beach; the hotel sits between Blackpool Tower and Blackpool Pleasure Beach and in between south and central pier.  Blackpool is a major tourist destination with something to offer come sun or rain, and is particularly most famous for its illuminations.

The hotel boasts 33 en-suite bedrooms spread across three floors, of which most have sea views. The modern rooms have been fully refurbished to a high standard in December 2015 and have been decorated in clean and crisp neutral tones.

Featuring on Lonely Planet website, the currently privately-run Sunny Days has built up a strong reputation as a highly rated hotel in and around the area. The hotel also offers a restaurant, specialising in both Lebanese and British dishes, as well as a Cleopatra Bar and Lounge. There is also a car park with capacity for up to 24 vehicles at  the front of the hotel.

Tom O’Malley, Business Agent at Christie & Co who has been instructed to act for this sale comments, “This hotel offers what most hoteliers are looking for in Blackpool; seafront location with ample car parking. As the hotel has been recently refurbished to a high standard, I do not believe it will be long before we begin to take some offers on the hotel.”

Christie & Co is seeking an asking price of £675,000 for the freehold.
