Specialist property adviser Christie + Co has recruited William Trott to join its award-winning South West team.
The appointment is due to an increase in activity in the Retail sector and, in particular, demand for the company’s transactional services. The growth in the Retail team will allow Christie + Co to continue to deliver excellent client service in an increasingly buoyant market.
William began his professional career at a large corporate estate agent in Taunton where he formed many contacts and was swiftly promoted internally to the company’s main office of the South West, Exeter. Alongside this, William competed against the UK’s top surfers in the British National Surfing Tour, travelling Britain and Europe. He took the title as British Champion.
Commenting on his appointment, William said: “I am delighted to have joined Christie + Co’s Retail team in the South West. I have been aware of the firm’s expanding presence in the area and I look forward to making a valuable contribution to the ongoing growth of the business."
