Trading Hours

The business operates from 3pm to 11pm Monday to Friday and 12 noon to 11pm Saturday and Sunday. The business is licensed to operate until midnight Fridays and Saturdays.

Tenure

Leasehold The property is held on a full repairing and insuring lease for a term of 30 years, having commenced i1st August 2001. The current rent is £41,000 per annum.
