Ed leads a team of experts in our Southern region providing local and national operators with market insight, brokerage advice and valuation services across the hospitality sectors. Ed has specialised in the hotel and hospitality markets for the last 20 years, dealing with a number of high profile hotel transactions across the region. Ed heads a team of 13 brokers covering Hotels, Pubs and Restaurants across East Anglia, South East and South West England. Ed is a Chartered Surveyor, qualifying in 1999 (MRICS), RICS Registered Valuer and holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Urban Estate Management.
