Jeremy started his career with Christie & Co as part of Birmingham’s Valuation Services team. He was joined our national Corporate Care team in 2007, being promoted to Head of Valuation - Care and Education in December 2015. Over the past 20 years he has been involved in a number of major healthcare and education projects across the UK, providing professional advice to owner occupiers and corporate operators as well as the principal lending institutions and investors. He has a vast amount of experience and has provided advisory services across a range of care sectors, including elderly care, specialist young adult and children’s homes, independent hospitals, children’s day care and schools. During the last 18 months Jeremy has overseen the valuation of several major portfolios including Outcomes First Group, Akari and Healthcare Homes Group.
