Richard joined Christie & Co in 2012, since then he has developed specialised skills in the brokerage of Pubs & Restaurants. In 2023, Richard was promoted to the role of Regional Director, based in our Winchester office. Leading the South Pubs and Restaurants team, Richard has expertly managed the sale and acquisition of key venues, whilst building a successful team of experienced business agents providing acquisition and disposal advice across the South of England. Beyond his professional achievements, Richard harbours a keen interest in all sports, having previously played cricket to a high standard.
