Guillaume Garcin joined Christie & Co as Managing Director France in June 2023. He holds a Master's degree in Notarial Real Estate Law from Aix-Marseille University and a Master's degree in Wealth and Real Estate Management from KEDGE Business School. He began his career in 2010 as a real estate lawyer before joining CBRE Global Investors in 2014 as an Asset Manager. There, he managed and oversaw the sale of a residential portfolio of 25 properties, which was subsequently acquired by Patrizia France, a company he joined in 2015. In 2019, he moved to Colliers Global Investors as Associate Director, Investment & Asset Management, before becoming Head of Asset Management at IKORY in 2021.
