We're going to UKREiiF 2026

We're looking forward to attending UKREiiF 2026 - The UK's Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum - which is being held between 19 and 21 May in Leeds.

15 Christie & Co experts will be in attendance, and we'll be hosting a range of events across the healthcare, hotels, and leisure sectors, which we welcome you to join.

This panel looks at emerging visitor economy trends across UK towns and cities. From immersive experiences to tech-savvy escapes with sustainability as standard, cutting-edge investors and operators are now delivering experiences guests didn’t even know they wanted. How can the UK use this industry to turbocharge the economy?

Speakers will include Suzanne Speak (Managing Director for UK and Ireland, Radisson Hotel Group), Jamie Christon (Chief Exec, Chester Zoo), and Oliver Winter (Founder & Chief Executive, A&O Hostels).

Event: How can senior living and care support the NHS and wider community?

With the UK’s population aged 80+ set to double over the next two decades, and a general trend of people living longer and with an ever-increasing range of complex health conditions, the panel will look at how the care home and senior living sector is evolving to meet these needs.

The panel discussion will be chaired by Michael Hodges (Managing Director – Capital Markets, Christie & Co), and will include panellists Omair Haider (Managing Director, Millennium Care Group), Phillipa Kellar (General Manager – UK Health Services, Bupa UK), Kevin Beirne (Director – Head of Retirement, Octopus Real Estate), Nick Sanderson (CEO, Audley Villages), and Ron van Bloois (Co-Founder & Chair, Senior Housing & Healthcare Association).

Event: FRINGE: Tour of best-in-class retirement village, Audley Scarcroft Park, and drinks reception

Following the panel, ‘How can Senior Living and Care support the NHS, and the wider community?’, Audley, in conjunction with Christie & Co, Octopus and the Senior Housing & Healthcare Association, is delighted to be facilitating a tour to Audley Scarcroft Park, a high-quality retirement village situated on the outskirts of Leeds. This will be a fantastic opportunity for UKREiiF delegates to visit a highly successful retirement community which has been developed around a restored Grade II-listed building in a picturesque country estate setting.

Transport will be arranged at 4 pm to take guests to the site, where there will be tours of the village and a drinks reception. Transport will return guests to Leeds city centre by 7 pm.
