Where were you when you accepted your role at Christie & Co?
In a meeting room at my old company…
What was your first job?
My first ever job was working in a café before school – I hated it and still can't eat tuna mayo to this day without getting flashbacks.
In a couple of sentences, can you tell us a bit about your job at Christie & Co?
I am the Marketing Manager for the medical sector. I do a range of marketing and event organisation for the dental / pharmacy agents and medical valuers.
What’s your favourite thing about Christie & Co?
My two teams – the Marketing and Medical teams. I have really enjoyed my time working here so far, it really all comes down to the people I work with.
What's a favourite project that you’ve worked on at Christie & Co so far?
I have loved working on the events, as they are so different. They can sometimes be challenging, having to organise so many moving parts!
Tell us a bit about your life outside work – what are your hobbies?
Outside of work, my main hobby is football, both watching and playing it. I support Arsenal (whatever I did in a previous life to deserve this) and love going to their games with friends and family.
Where’s the best place you’ve been on holiday?
My favourite place I have ever been on holiday to was Rome. The food, culture and wine were incredible!
What’s your biggest pet peeve?
Not necessarily a pet peeve, but I can’t stand nail files! If I were being interrogated and someone has a nail file, everyone’s secrets are being spilt.
If you could live and work in any city, where would you go?
I would like to work in a big city in America – maybe I have watched too many films, but it seems like a cool place to work, and I have never been. As I don’t speak any other languages, my choice limits me!
What would be your desert island meal?
My starter would be calamari, my main would be steak & chips and a cheese board to top it off.
What’s your favourite film?
I have two answers to this question. Hot Fuzz is my most-watched film, but Shawshank Redemption is a classic.
What is one thing on your bucket list?
I have always wanted to skydive – I have done the indoor version before, but a proper skydive is on my bucket list.
What is your biggest fear?
Nail files and snakes… luckily, I don't encounter either much.
What news source do you read every day?
The most trustworthy outlet of all… Twitter.
What’s your social media platform of choice?
Twitter – for the pure comedy.
