COFFEE BREAK WITH… Milos Rados, Group Internal Communications Manager
Coffee Break with… is a Christie & Co series showcasing the brilliance, expertise, and diversity of our network of over 200 employees.
Business. Built around You.

When did you join Christie Group?
28 April 2025.
Where were you when you accepted your role at Christie Group?
I was at home when I got the call in the morning. I ran into my flatmate’s room to tell him the good news, and we opened some morning beers to celebrate!
What was your first job?
At 15, I worked at the local zoo in the Norwegian town where I grew up. I didn’t get to work directly with the animals, but I got really close to a lion once…
In a couple of sentences, can you tell us a bit about your job at Christie Group?
I work on implementing our new sales and collaboration platform, CG Connect. I manage everything from training, comms, content production and aligning it all with the different companies across Christie Group.
What’s your favourite thing about Christie Group?
I think it’s fascinating to get a glimpse into the different sectors we work in. People here are not just industry experts, but also super passionate about what they do.
What's a favourite project that you’ve worked on so far?
The launch of CG Connect was a real milestone after months of work, with strong adoption and high engagement. I also had the opportunity to accompany Venners to do a stocktake at my local pub, which was a lot of fun.
What’s been the biggest challenge of your career so far?
Figuring out how to balance my work, time and stress. I think that’s the biggest difference between my early 20s and today. You learn so much about yourself after working for a couple of years, and you grow more confident and experienced in your role.
What’s been a highlight of your career so far?
I’ve had a fantastic experience implementing tools and platforms in large organisations. In 2016, I launched “Workplace” by Meta in a Nordic IT service company with 10,000 employees. The launch was successful, and it was really motivating to witness the impact.
How has the industry changed since you started at Christie Group?
I think in terms of internal comms, employees expect more two-way communication instead of info just cascading down. Finding ways to enable dialogue with employees is essential for modern management.
Who in your industry do you feel most inspired by?
I had a great manager back in 2019, who taught me a lot about internal comms, but also how to treat colleagues with respect, kindness, and exceptional stakeholder management.
Tell us a bit about your life outside work – what are your hobbies?
I’m a big tennis fan who will get up at 4 am to watch the Australian Open in January, stay up until 2 am watching the US Open in August, and camp in the queue to get tickets for Wimbledon in July.
What’s your hometown? Where do you live now?
I’m from Oslo, but I’ve lived in West London since 2021.
Where’s the best place you’ve been on holiday?
I really liked Lyon in France. It’s such a beautiful city with amazing food. Generally, I’m more of a city break guy than a beach guy.
What’s your biggest pet peeve?
People who have the typing sound on their iPhones. I’ve had my phone on silent mode since 2013.
If you could live and work in any city, where would you go?
Paris, but my French would have to improve a bit first…
What would be your desert island meal?
A Greek salad. It goes well with the island vibe.
What’s your favourite film?
500 Days of Summer.
What is your favourite movie quote?
“I wasted so much time worrying about what could go wrong, but what did go wrong was never the things I worried about” - The Worst Person In The World (2021).
What is one thing on your bucket list?
Going to New York. I have friends there whom I’ve promised to visit since 2016.
What news source do you read every day?
The News Agents podcast.
What’s your social media platform of choice?
Instagram, of course!
