When did you join Christie & Co?
I joined Christie & Co in May 2024.
Where were you when you accepted your role at Christie & Co?
I was training at the gym when I received the phone call!
What was your first job?
I worked at my local Subway, preparing sandwiches and serving customers.
In a couple of sentences, can you tell us a bit about your job at Christie & Co?
I work across Christie Finance and Christie Insurance’s marketing and design collateral. Every day is a different day for me, from designing flyers and social media posts to creating logos and artwork for exhibition stands.
What’s your favourite thing about Christie & Co?
The people at Christie & Co are great to work with. The marketing team are collaborative and always quick to respond if I have any questions for them. The design team are also brilliant and incredibly helpful. I have received a great amount of support from them since joining Christie & Co.
What's a favourite project that you’ve worked on at Christie & Co so far?
I enjoyed working on Christie & Co’s 90th Anniversary collateral and seeing the logo I made featured on the front cover of Business Outlook 2025.
What’s been the biggest challenge of your career so far?
One of my biggest challenge was coming up with a concept for Business Outlook for the first time. I wasn’t sure about my initial ideas and was aiming to create a strong concept. Looking back, I was probably overthinking it!
What’s been a highlight of your career so far?
The highlight of my career is seeing the 90th Anniversary logo I made feature on the marketing collateral and merchandise, as well as in-person events throughout the year. It always feels surreal.
How has the industry changed since you started at Christie & Co?
I had taken on smaller jobs when I first started designing at Christie & Co as I was finding my feet and getting used to the design process of creating different marketing pieces. A year and four months have passed now, and I've been able to take on bigger projects, such as exhibition stand artwork, and can pick up jobs without any worries.
Who in your industry do you feel most inspired by?
Martin and Lindsey have inspired me since the start of working at Christie & Co. They are so hardworking and offer tons of guidance.
Tell us a bit about your life outside work – what are your hobbies?
Outside of work, I love to go for a run in the mornings, and when the weather is nice, I enjoy going out on my boyfriend’s motorbike - whether it’s scenic country lanes or to the sunny seafront.
What’s your hometown? Where do you live now?
I live in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex.
Where’s the best place you’ve been on holiday?
The best place I’ve been to would be Fraser Island, in Australia!
What’s your biggest pet peeve?
Unwanted spiders that make an appearance in my bedroom…
If you could live and work in any city, where would you go?
I’d love to work in Brisbane, Australia. The city has a great atmosphere, and Australia feels like a second home to me since I also have close family out there.
What would be your desert island meal?
It would have to be Chicken Milanese, with truffle sauce and triple-cooked chips.
What’s your favourite film?
I love a classic film! Notting Hill is my all-time favourite film. Julia Roberts is one of my favourite actresses.
Tell us your favourite joke / What is your favourite movie quote?

What is one thing on your bucket list?
I would love to go to Finland and see the Northern Lights.
What is your biggest fear?
I’m scared of snakes. I sometimes have nightmares about them chasing me….
What news source do you read every day?
I look at BBC News on my phone whilst I commute to work.
What’s your social media platform of choice?
Instagram – I like to keep up with the latest trends in fashion and Interiors.
