Despite the uncertain economic backdrop, we are seeing excellent demand for competitively priced retail assets right across the Midlands region, particularly in Leicestershire & Nottinghamshire. 

Buyer appetite is weighted towards leasehold businesses priced between £100,000 to £200,000. However, freehold properties with accommodation and growth potential also remain desirable throughout the region.
