Following the successful sale by Christie & Co of the operational Queensway Dental Group to Dentex in 2023 (now PortmanDentex), the property partners and former owners of Queensway re-engaged Christie & Co to act in their interests to sell the investments of four retained property investments.

Following a period of focused marketing, Christie & Co received considerable interest from a wide pool of buyers – both independent and commercial, and from both the UK and overseas. Multiple offers were received and terms were ultimately agreed to a private investor buyer.  

Results:  

Our operational sector insights and access to a wide pool of prospective investors, greatly assisted in delivering a successful outcome. Market appetite for the portfolio was fuelled not just by the strength and profile of the operational tenant, but also in the background presented, that added to the commercial appeal through a deeper understanding of the stability in an operational tenant delivering quality private and specialist NHS dentistry.
