The Learning Experience (TLE) is a major early childhood education and childcare franchise company, originally founded in the United States in 2001. They provide education and childcare for children aged six weeks to six years and operate using a franchise model backed by proprietary curriculum, purpose‑built facilities, and technology-enabled learning systems. TLE is one of the fastest‑growing childcare franchise organisations in the US and has approximately 750 locations open or in development globally.
