The Client

Christie & Co was engaged by Real Good Dental – a Scottish Dental group servicing over 350,000 patients across 46 mixed income practices. The group was founded in 2012 by Dr Satinder Dhami and Dr Jagdeep Singh Hans.

Real Good Dental sits within the top ten operators in the UK in terms of aggregate number of practices owned. The group provides routine dental care and aesthetic services under its Westerwood Health brand.

The Request 

Christie & Co was instructed to advise on the strategic investment in Real Good Dental. We began advising the group during the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic and despite the obvious flux within the market at that time, we received significant interest from the investors that were approached, underpinning the strength of the dental market.

The Solution

Real Good Dental successfully partnered with TriSpan, a London and New York based private equity firm that invests in lower mid-cap companies in North America, Europe, and the United Kingdom. TriSpan was the perfect choice to assist the group in achieving its aspirational growth plans.

The Results

Real Good Dental will go from strength to strength due to its new partnership with private equity firm, TriSpan.
