19th-century seafront hotel in Weymouth sold to Leisureplex Hotel Group
On behalf of Coast & Country Collection, specialist hotel property adviser, Christie & Co is pleased to announce the Royal Hotel Weymouth has been acquired by the Leisureplex Hotel Group.
Enjoying a central position on Weymouth’s Georgian curved bay, the Royal Hotel offers guests a stunning view over the Blue Flag awarded sandy beach and the South West Coast path. The 19th-century Victorian hotel features 71 bedrooms, many of which have clear sea views, as well as a welcoming bar and lounge area.
The hotel will become the 24th property in the Leisureplex Collection, having recently also acquired the Waverly Castle Hotel in Melrose through Christie & Co.
