Following a confidential sales process led by Sophie Willcox at Christie & Co, it has been purchased by Kido Schools, a fast-growing international childcare group, which combines leading educational philosophies including Montessori and Reggio Emilia with modern design, technology, and pedagogy. This acquisition takes Kido Schools to 21 settings across London and the South of England.
