Exceptional South Manchester day nursery sold to Storal

Alexandra Park CLC is a highly sought-after, locally renowned children’s day nursery with a unique offering that is second to none amongst its local community and beyond. The popular setting is well known for offering high-quality childcare and is a democratic and bilingual early-years learning community where children experience both English and Spanish.

Established in 2013 by dedicated operators Susana Lopez and Effie Delphinius, the nursery has developed from strength to strength with a current operating capacity for 123 children, consistently high occupancy levels, and a waiting list.

Following a confidential sales process with Sofia Beck at Christie & Co, Alexandra Park CLC has been purchased by national group operator Storal, which now has a portfolio of 29 registered settings, operating as 26 nurseries, and is ranked the fourth highest-quality nursery group in the UK on the Nursery World Ofsted quality table for 2023.
