Areley House is a residential care home registered for up to 37 residents. It occupies an attractive 36-bedroom, Grade II listed property that enjoys a beautiful, peaceful setting in this popular Worcestershire town.
The home was previously owned for 17 years. Following a confidential sales process with James Buist-Brealey at Christie & Co, it has been purchased by Imperial Care Group, which owns four other homes in Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Warwickshire, and Leicestershire.
