Ascona acquires busy forecourt in North Cornwall

Specialist business property adviser Christie & Co has announced the sale of Camelot Garage, a busy petrol station situated on the A39 Atlantic Highway in North Cornwall.

Located on the edge of Camelford, known as the ‘Gateway to Cornwall’, Camelot Garage is a high- volume petrol forecourt with accompanying convenience retail store. The garage also has a separate jet wash bay and parking for approximately 12 cars, with offices and residential apartments above the store.

The former owners, who have run the site for over 20 years, have now decided to retire.

The site has been sold to Ascona Retail, a top independent forecourt operator with over 70 sites across the UK.
