Ashview Nursing Home is registered to care for up to 32 residents and occupies a substantial detached property set in attractive 1.1-acre grounds which has been converted and extended over a number of years. The home is located in the affluent village of Widford in East Hertfordshire.
When it was acquired by a family-run company in 1996, the home was improved and the accommodation upgraded, and it has enjoyed an enviable reputation in its local area ever since. The owners of the company decided to sell in order to concentrate on their other businesses in the region.
Following a confidential sales process with Christie & Co, it has been sold to community-driven care provider, Curaa, which has homes in the southeast and southwest of the country.

Ashview Nursing Home was sold for an undisclosed price.
