New owners for busy pharmacy in Manchester suburb

Audenshaw Pharmacy is a standard hour, community pharmacy that dispenses an average of circa 11,500 items per month. It sits within a self-contained ground-floor lock-up unit on a local community shopping parade on Chapel Street in Audenshaw, circa six miles to the east of Manchester city centre.

The pharmacy has been owned by Pravin Mistry for the last 15 years and was brought to market to allow him to retire.

Following a confidential sales process with Jon Booth at Christie & Co, and with funding sourced through Alena Ray at Christie Finance, it has been purchased by a group of Pharmacists in a joint venture with another nearby pharmacy contractor.

Audenshaw Pharmacy was sold for an undisclosed price.
