Hampshire village nursing home sold for the first time since 2000
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has completed on the freehold sale of Bentley Lodge Nursing Home in Bentley, Hampshire.
Bentley Lodge Nursing Home, which is registered for 56 service users, comprises 56 single bedrooms, all with en suite facilities, a recent extension, three large lounges, and a dining area with attractive gardens to the rear and side. The property is located in the heart of the beautiful village of Bentley on the Hampshire and Surrey County boarder close to Farnham.
The previous owners purchased Bentley Lodge through Christie & Co back in 2000 and, during their ownership, extended the home from 22 registrations to the current 56 and upgraded the home to a high standard with a 'Good' rated CQC report.
Following a confidential sale, the home has been sold to local operator, RMD Care, which also owns Westlands Care Home in nearby Four Marks and other care homes in the Home Counties.

We are confident that, with their knowledge of the care sector and local market, RMD Care will build on the business’s already good name.

Bentley Lodge Nursing Home was sold for an undisclosed price.
