Former Gillingham nursing home sold for the first time

The former Berengrove Park Nursing Home comprises a terrace of three three-storey Victorian bay fronted residential properties which have been extended and interlinked with a former detached bungalow on the adjoining plot in 2021, with modern accommodation added around a central courtyard and a total of 35 bedrooms and generous ancillary rooms. The site is located opposite Gillingham Park in Gillingham, Kent.

The home, which was previously owned by Lali and Deepal Benaragama and ceased trading in October to allow the pair to retire, has been sold to a Christian charity.

Berengrove Park Nursing Home was sold for an undisclosed price.
